Lingang Science and Technology City, with a  total planning area of approximately 7 square kilometers, will achieve  three integrations: integration of production and city, integration of production and finance, and integration of production, education and research.

Lingang Science and Technology City will form a spatial layout of "one center, one belt, one base, four zones, and one expansion zone."

"One Center": The park's comprehensive supporting service center.

"One Belt": Binhe Leisure Service Belt.

"One Base": The pioneering base of leading enterprises, focusing on major and leading projects.

"Four Areas": These are the science and education agglomeration  area, the start-up enterprise agglomeration area, the emerging  enterprise agglomeration area and the international community. These  four regions basically cover the whole process of incubation, growth and  maturation of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, and will be  the most dynamic regions for the future of the science and technology city.

"One Expansion Area": Planning a large residential island, a central green park, and a high quality commercial area around the lake.
