All the policies that the state and the province have already promulgated will be fully implemented in the park; all the preferential policies practiced in the same kind of areas in China can also be implemented with reference.

For projects in line with the state industrial policy and the park planning, limited arrangements shall be made for the use of land, and the land price shall be implemented at the transfer price of industrial land as prescribed by the state. After the enterprise is completed and put into production, the development zone shall be given appropriate rewards according to the nature of the project, the scale of investment and the ability to generate income.As to major investment projects, high-tech projects, strategic emerging industrial projects shall adopt the approach of "one matter one discussion", "one enterprise one policy"  to enjoy more preferential policies in financial incentives and fees and other related policies.
