On Feb 16th,2017, 2015 ‘Material Civilization, Political Civilization, Spiritual Civilization’ awarding ceremony and 2016 Investment Attraction Mobilization Meeting were launched in Baoying Economic Development Zone.  Zhai Shigao, Standing Committee member of the county’s Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the county and Director of the Management Committee of Baoying Economic Development Zone attended the meeting and made a speech.

Regarding to the New Year’s work of the Zone, Zhai Shigao put forward five requirements. The first one is to mainly focus on projects construction, to increase the potential for economic development. Investment attraction should be further promoted, and it should be assessment-driven. The second requirement is to strengthen industrial integration, to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. Gradient enterprises cultivation project should be implemented deeply. Leading enterprises are encouraged to cooperate with big international and national enterprises such as State Grid Corporation, PetroChina Co.Ltd, Sinopec Group, etc, to improve overall competitiveness of the enterprises. The third requirement is to put emphasis on technology, to implement the strategy of innovation and development. The fourth requirement is to make an overall planning of factor using and to promote sharing economy, to improve the people’s well-being. The government should actively adapting to the requirements from the central government about standardized management of government debts, and utilize different resources to solve the problem of insufficient funds. Finally, the fifth requirement is to implement strict administration of the Party, to improve the work efficiency of Party organs. We should not fear the risk and should be brave to undertake responsibility.
