On the afternoon of Aug. 31st,2016, the learning conference with the topic ‘Studies on the Theoretical and Practical Issue of Party Building’ was organized in the conference room on fifth floor of Baoying Economic Development Zone. Zhai Shigao, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the county, participated in the conference. Chen Jinmin, Secretary of the Party & Labour Union of the Zone handled the conference.

At the beginning of the conference, Zhu Weidong, the director of the Party and government administration office, led the participants to review and study the outlines of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, and chapters regarding to the organization of the Party. All participants of the conference studied very seriously and tried hard to remember the content. Then, director Zhu Weidong led the participants to review and study President Xi Jinping’s speech at the 95th anniversary commemorative conference of the party building, which taught the party members to remain true to the party’s original aspiration.

Tang Bingzao, member of the Party & Labour Union of the Zone did a speech. He said he would firm his belief, be strict with himself, and focus on attracting important projects. Yang Chengjun, representative of deputy level cadres, also made a speech. He said he would stick to the redline of discipline and the bottom line of politics. Chen Jun and Xia Jinxing, two middle-level cadres, said they would put more effort on theoretical study, try to find the weakness of themselves, and make improvement. Li Hongzhang, Secretary of the general branch of the village Party, said he would keep in mind the exhortations of President Xi, find weakness in the work of improve people’s livelihood, and try to build a new village where people enjoy their lives.

After the discussion, Secretary Chen Jinmin put forward some requests. He requested all the party members in the Zone to read the original version of Studies on the Theoretical and Practical Issue of Party Building. Zhai Shigao, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the county made an important speech. He requested the party members to fully understand the importance of studying the theoretical and practical issue of Party building, to ensure the effect of study. He guide every party member to write their learning experience into books, and at the same time, put more emphasis on project construction.
