Introduction of district:The Lebanon Business Park is the fastest-growing office/industrial project in the Indianapolis area. Situated on I-65 between State Roads 32 and 39, Lebanon Business Park is a unique project financed both publicly and privately. Initial project studies were funded by the Boone County Economic Development Council while the infrastructure was paid for (in large part) by the Town of Lebanon. Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation funded the site development and marketing. Designed and constructed in a three-year phasing, today the park boasts over 2.5 million square feet of office space spanning 10 buildings.
