| Introduction of district: | Horsholm is a rich city on the Øresund coast approximately 25 km north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is linked to engineering consultancy and information technology, where DTU Science Park has founded many technological start-ups. It is also home to several museums, such as the Karen Blixen Museum and the Danish Museum of Hunting and Forestry. Hørsholm is only about 17 km from Jægersborg Dyrehave and Store Dyrehave and approximately 30 km from Gribskov, all of which are included in the recently UNESCO-listed Par force hunting landscape in North Zealand.
